Payment and Delivery- Orders will be processed as soon as receipt of payment has been confirmed. Where possible, goods will be delivered within 2-5 working days subject to stock availability by suppliers. If delivery is delayed from our warehouse, you will be notified via email as to the expected delivery date. All of our products are checked and packaged in an excellent condition. We have chosen to utilise Australia Post's standard mail service for delivery of goods within Australia. Express post will incur an additional fee depending on location and this fee will be confirmed with the customer prior to the parcel being sent. Delivery prices will vary depending on delivery location and weight of parcel. All delivery charges (for standard Australia Post service) are specified when you checkout of our on-line store. All phone orders will be advised of delivery charges prior to confirming the order. If you have any specific delivery information, please ensure you notify us of this in our comments section in the checkout process, or contact us via email. We do not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods that are delivered with Australia Post. Security- To make sure that your transaction details are kept secure and private, this site uses SSL (Secure Socket layer) encryption. SSL is the industry standard for data encryption. It works by providing a secure link between your browser and our server provider and scrambling your personal information to ensure it is kept private during transmission over the internet. Refunds and Exchanges- If you are not happy with what you have selected, we will provide a full refund or exchange if products are delivered back to us in the same condition, within two weeks of purchase.
