PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment for completed orders are as follows:

Cheque / Money Order- We are happy to accept a cheque or money order. Please note, orders will only be forwarded once cheques have cleared, which normally takes three working days. Please send your cheque or money order: payable to Party Elements, PO BOX 229 SUNSHINE, VICTORIA, 3020.
Bank Transfer- If you prefer to make a payment via bank transfer, simply select this option during the checkout process and submit your order. Bank account details will be forwarded once your order has been received. Your order will be processed once we have confirmed funds are in our account.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders will be processed as soon as receipt of payment has been confirmed. Where possible, goods will be delivered within 2-5 working days subject to stock availability by suppliers. If delivery is delayed from our warehouse, you will be notified via email as to the expected delivery date.
All of our products are checked and packaged in an excellent condition.
WE DELIVER OUR GOODS TO ALL AREAS WITHIN AUSTRALIA.
We have chosen to utilise Australia Post's standard/regular mail service for delivery of goods within Australia. Express Post will incur an additional fee depending on location and this fee will be confirmed with the customer prior to the parcel being sent. Delivery prices will vary depending on delivery location and weight of parcel. All delivery charges (for standard/regular Australia Post service) are specified when you checkout of our on-line store. All phone orders will be advised of delivery charges prior to confirming the order. If you have any specific delivery information, please ensure you notify us of this in our comments section in the checkout process, or contact us via email.
We do not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods that are delivered with Australia Post.
